This first session involves a short assessment where can investigate the cause and effects of any problem you may be experiencing.
60 MIN SPORTS MASSAGE £80

Here we can build on the previous sessions progress and further aid your mobility, strength and functionality.
STUDENT SPORTS MASSAGE SESSION £55
60 mins
I offer a student discount for anyone with valid student ID.
90 MINS SPORTS MASSAGE £110
90 mins
With a 90 min session we can really understand and work through any barriers to movement, restore mobility and reduce tension on a deeper level that can't always be achieved in a 60 min session.
